Karen Caccese

Co-Founder/Event Producer/Program Manager/Ambassador of Fun

Karen Karen’s inimitable style makes her a force as an event producer and a welcome infusion of fun on every client project. Karen was born an event planner in Albany, New York. She spent her early days serving on the prom committee and planning other school functions, as well as helping to coordinate New York’s Empire State Games and their opening ceremonies through her college years.

A former producer for Clear Channel Entertainment/SFX Sports Group and event manager for the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Karen has managed and coordinated concerts for artists such as The Dave Matthews Band, Pearl Jam and James Taylor as well as producing the NCAA Woman of the Year presentation and the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four Salute Presentation where she worked closely with Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts and with legendary basketball coaches John Wooden and Pat Summitt.

More recently, Karen has produced the opening ceremonies for the NCAA Women’s College World Series. She also continues to produce charity events for clients such as Donovan McNabb, David Ortiz, and Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago and also manages corporate hospitality programs for clients around events such as the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Game and the PGA Tour’s Wyndham Championship.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Studies from SUNY-Cortland and currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Committee for that department at her alma mater.

Although forever a New Yorker, Karen recently made the move from Manhattan to Long Island with her husband, Scott, as they welcomed their first child, Ryan Allan.
