Co-Founder/Account Director/Visionary
Lil handles the overall strategic direction of the team and management of company resources for each project. Prior to forming Company 20, she was Vice President of Hospitality and Event Management for Clear Channel Entertainment/SFX Sports Group. Her special event production highlights include 30-city NASCAR Rocks Tour, a 40+ station international remote broadcast at the GRAMMY Awards, private concerts, award receptions, business sessions and charity functions.
Lil has always drawn her energy from live events. She started her career as a concert promoter for Metropolitan Entertainment in New York, booking and promoting shows in the greater New York market and she has a long history of creating, producing and executing corporate event management programs for Fortune 500 clients at the Super Bowl, Masters, MLB All-Star Game and the NCAA Basketball Final Four.
Formerly the Director of Marketing and Promotion at Westwood One, Lil brings an arsenal of experience in event management, communications and entertainment sales and marketing. She earned her B.A. from St. Joseph’s College and her M.A. in music business from New York University. Hailing from Hartford, CT originally, Lil is proud to call Brooklyn her home and lives there with her husband, Tim.
