Proud to be a Women-Owned Business!

Michele and I (Lil) are at the WBENC Conference (Women Business Enterprise National Council) in Baltimore, MD and we're loving it! It's our first time attending the conference and we're finding the experience invaluable.  Did you know there are over 10,000 women-owned businesses certified in the U.S.?  We're proud to be one of them!  Our favorite quote relayed today was shared by our keynote speaker, Sheila C. Johnson (entrepreneur and philanthropist whose accomplishments span the arenas of hospitality, sports, tv/film, the arts, education and humanitarian causes...look her up...she's amazing!).  It's actually a quote from one of my other idols, Madeleine Albright, and she said, "There's a special place in hell for women who don't do business with other women."   Let's remember that, ladies.   Well, we're off to Camden Yards to see the Orioles play the Marlins.  It's also our first time going to Camden Yards.  Another baseball venue I can list as visited!
